LMS REFUND POLICY
This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be issued for services purchased from RPS MENA. Our goal is to provide a fair and transparent process while maintaining the integrity of our educational services.
- Eligibility for Refund
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
- Technical Issues Preventing Access: If a user experiences persistent technical issues, verified by RPS MENA, that prevent them from accessing or utilizing the purchased course/service, and these issues cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe (e.g., 5 business days).
- Duplicate Purchase: In the event of an accidental duplicate purchase of the same course/service by the same user.
- Non-Eligibility for Refund
Refunds will generally not be issued in the following cases:
- Change of Mind: If the user simply changes their mind after purchasing the course/service.
- Completion of Course/Service: Once a significant portion of the course/service has been accessed or completed (e.g., more than 10-15% of the content), or the course completion certificate has been issued.
- Failure to Complete Course/Service: Non-completion of a course/service for reasons unrelated to technical issues or misrepresentation (e.g., lack of time, personal circumstances, dissatisfaction with personal learning progress).
- Expired Access: If the access period for the course/service has expired.
- Breach of Terms of Service: If the user has violated RPS MENA’s Terms of Service (e.g., unauthorized sharing of content, fraudulent activity).
- Promotional/Discounted Purchases: Items purchased during special promotions or at a significant discount may be subject to different refund terms, which will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.
- Bulk/Corporate Licenses: Refund policies for bulk or corporate licenses will be governed by the specific terms outlined in the individual contract or agreement.
- Refund Process
To request a refund, users must follow these steps:
- Submit a Request: Send an email to ops@rpsmena.com within [e.g., 14 calendar days] of the purchase date, clearly stating the reason for the refund request and providing the order number, user name, and course/service name.
- Provide Evidence (if applicable): For technical issues or misrepresentation, users may be asked to provide screenshots, video recordings, or other relevant evidence to support their claim.
