- Day 1 (April 4): Strategy and the P5 Model Understand the business case for sustainability. Learn how to set project targets using the Sustainability Management Plan (SMP).
- Day 2 (April 11): Sustainable Implementation Apply green concepts to Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid lifecycles. Learn the steps to conduct a Project Social Impact Assessment.
- Day 3 (April 18): Life-Cycle Thinking & Exam Prep Master Product Life Cycle (PLC) analysis and prepare for the GPM-b™ exam with exclusive mock tests and study guides.
