C4D – Crisis Management Training

Developed a custom tailored Emergency Response and Crisis Management training manual in line with AND and UNICEF’s requirements and delivered the training to 6 Unions in the North of Lebanon. The participants included Union of Municipality Members, Staff as well as community volunteers who are forming the Emergency Response Units in their respective Unions.

Project Management Training

Designed and delivered a 2 day custom tailored project management training for AND staff to build their internal capacity in Project Management best practices and empower them with tools and tricks that will enhance their projects’ success while reducing risks, failures and challenges.
